Leanne is an energetic, captivating speaker who loves the Lord, her family and life itself. She grabs the attention of the audience with a funny story or thought-provoking question. Then she delivers the Truth from God's Word with passion and sincerity, before giving the audience an opportunity to know Jesus Christ personally or deepen their walk with God by climbing into the lap of their ABBA.
I Can't Go On
With all the enthusiasm and laughter at Leanne's events, it's hard to believe she once cried out to God, "I can't go on. Take my life." Yet for several years she wanted to die or runaway. It was not unusual for her to have suicidal thoughts 15-20 times a day. When her father committed suicide two days before he retired, she felt envious. How could the wife of a seminary student with three beautiful children dare to feel this way? Why wouldn't God answer her prayers?
Not Alone
When Leanne and her husband, Jody started a music and drama ministry, Leanne began to share her testimony about her depression, suicidal thoughts, and how God brought her through. It became obvious she was not alone in her pain. Every meeting and church was filled with women who began weeping, shocked to hear their own story of despair being told. They were as surprised as she had been to learn they were not alone. It appeared that the enemy had found a sure-fire way to keep God's children, namely His daughters, from enjoying Abundant Life.
Passion for God
"Leanne will have you laughing one minute, crying the next."
She is a dynamic, caring speaker with a definite purpose. She won't speak merely to entertain, although her presentations are entertaining. Leanne has a heart for women and a passion for the Father.
She believes when we begin to comprehend how passionate our Father is for us, it's easy to live a life of passion that's all about HIM.
